Bureau of State Audits presented its audit report concerning the California State University’s (university) compensation practices. “Average executive compensation increased by 25.1 percent over this time period, with salary increases contributing the most to the growth. Average compensation for Management Personnel Plan employees (management personnel), such as managers and professional technical staff, increased by 10.4 percent.
