The start up of Mexicoleaks seems to be similar to seeing two old wood war ships side by side shelling one another.  Mexicoleaks appears to be a large cannon aimed at Mexico’s top politicians.  Here is their stated purpose:

Then make sure you choose the option to translate from Spanish into English.  After you successfully do that, the web site should read perfectly in English.
