FELONIES

In January 2025, a New York state court sentenced Trump to an unconditional discharge for all 34 felony counts, meaning he received no prison time, probation, or fines. This made him the first president in US history to be convicted of felony crimes.

LIES

Donald Trump has made tens of thousands of false or misleading claims, including as President of the United States. Fact-checkers at The Washington Post documented 30,573 false or misleading claims during his first presidential term, an average of 21 per day.[1][5][6][7] The Toronto Star tallied 5,276 false claims from January 2017 to June 2019, an average of six per day.[2]

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

“Since the 1970s, at least 25 women have publicly accused Donald Trump of rape, kissing and groping without consent; looking under women’s skirts; and walking in on naked teenage pageant contestants.”

Readers should follow closely all the aspects of the Epstein history as it is revealed because it is expected to reveal rape of under age girls.

RACIST

Donald Trump, the president of the United States, has a history of speech and actions that have been viewed by scholars and the public as racist or sympathetic to white supremacy. Journalists, friends, family, and former employees have accused him of fueling racism in the United States.

TRUMP CREATES OR PROMOTES CONSPIRACY THEORIES

Donald Trump, the 45th and 47th president of the United States, has created or promoted many deceptive or disproven conspiracy theories, to a degree unprecedented in American politics.[2][3][4][5]

Trump Administration’s Foreign Policy: Global Chaos, American Weakness, and Human Suffering

In only 100 days, the Trump administration has wrought chaos around the world and weakened the United States’ place in it—leaving the American people and billions of others worldwide to pay the price.

TRUMP’S MASS DEPORTATION POLICY

During Donald Trump‘s second and current tenure as the president of the United States, his administration has pursued a deportation policy characterized as “hardline“,[a] “maximalist”,[8] and a mass deportation campaign,[5] affecting hundreds of thousands of immigrants through detentions, confinements, and expulsions.[5]

“Trump led a “criminal racketeering enterprise”

The State of Georgia v. Donald J. Trump, et al. is a pending criminal case against Donald Trump, the 45th and 47th president of the United States, and 18 co-defendants. The prosecution alleges that Trump led a “criminal racketeering enterprise”, in which he and all other defendants “knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome” of the 2020 U.S. presidential election in Georgia.

When Impeachment Fails

“Elections are a vital safeguard against presidential abuse of power. They must be protected from subversion.”

“Support for Trump remained confoundingly steady through all his scandals, investigations, and impeachments.”

Trump’s first impeachment trial was doomed from the start, with members of Congress from Trump’s party more concerned with maintaining partisan solidarity than checking an out-of-control president.

The second impeachment of President Trump followed a similar course. Demonstrating the intensity of polarization (and the fealty of congressional Republicans to Trump’s base).

WordPress Has Problems. I Have A Solution.

WordPress Has Problems. I Have A Solution.

07/22/2025 captainmclaren Comments 0 Comment

I started using WordPress well over 20 years ago by creating a personal blog hosted by Linksky.  I felt, at the time, that it was a normal learning progression, not too difficult, to learn WordPress to properly understand how to achieve putting up a blog post.  Linksky, for me was extremely easy to have as a host.  I only dabbled putting up short posts and did not keep to any schedule.  Recently, because of what is transpiring with our country, seeing the USA slide from a democracy to being an authoritarian form of government, I really feel motivated to perform investigations and share what I find.

But, because I really wish to format my blog posts in such a way that the readers can best understand what I am trying to convey, I really noticed that WordPress has, for me, been very difficult to format.  There are other issues that really bother me such as so many external attributes that I felt were not really important.

I came across this website review that has, for me, really smacked me across the face with multiple views of why WordPress is failing and needs to do a turnaround as to how it functions.  I am sharing this review from a person who really reveals WordPress deficiencies.

https://youtu.be/coapIJKCz3A

In desperation, I had to find a solution for creating blog posts where I like what I see as I typed and view the results.  Quite by accident, I got an idea that seems to work when I sent a university professor a plea for help for solving my WordPress issues.  I naturally had to use an e-mail application to send the e-mail and then I realized how easy that application worked.  It then occurred to me to try using Microsoft Word to try writing my next blog post.  Good Gosh!  It really worked!

https://word.cloud.microsoft/en-us/

The format options within Microsoft Word are fantastic.  I now create all me blog posts using Microsoft Word and then I copy the Word document, I just created, and past it into an empty WordPress post screen.  The WordPress application is then used to finish my blog post.  If, for any reason, I do not like what I do within WordPress, I then copy it’s post text and then put it back into Microsoft Word.  I may have to do this more than once.  The results, for me are way faster, less frustrating using this method.

List Of Methods For A Homeless Person To Properly Communicate With Perspective Employer

List Of Methods For A Homeless Person To Properly Communicate With Perspective Employer

07/22/2025 captainmclaren Comments 0 Comment

NOTE:  Any homeless person looking for work should try to figure out a way to properly communicate with each prospective employer.  Let me list a few top choices:

Here are several ways for a homeless person to communicate with a prospective employer:

  • Temporary Mailing Address:
    • Utilize a local homeless shelter’s address, with their permission, as your mailing address. Be sure to check in regularly for messages and mail.
    • Consider a P.O. Box from the US Postal Service (USPS) or a private mailbox at a UPS store. A PO Box can be used as your address on the I-9 form. However, sometimes companies prefer a street address.
    • Use your previous address if you have mail forwarding in place.
  • Phone and Voicemail:
    • Obtain a prepaid cell phone for reliable contact with potential employers.
    • Consider free cell phone service through government programs like Lifeline and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) if eligible.
    • Use a free voicemail app like YouMail, InstaVoice or Hi Voicemail to manage messages and personalize greetings.
    • Google Voice also provides a free phone number and voicemail that can be helpful for job searching.
  • Email and Internet Access:
    • Utilize computers and internet access available at local homeless shelters, public libraries, or American Job Centers to search for jobs, create and email resumes, and complete online applications.
    • Many organizations offer free email accounts like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo Mail.
  • Connecting with Employment Resources:
    • Local homeless shelters and social service agencies may offer career counseling, job readiness workshops, interview clothing, and job leads.
    • Organizations like The Salvation Army and Urban Pathways provide programs focused on job training and employment assistance.
    • American Job Centers and local workforce development boards can assist with resume help, job training, and connecting with employers. In Los Angeles County, the HireUP program focuses on career pathways for homeless or at-risk individuals.
    • Network by reaching out to friends, family, acquaintances, and professionals in your desired field for job leads and advice.
    • Consider temporary or gig work to earn income while continuing your job search.
  • Maintaining a Professional Image:
    • Prioritize personal hygiene and present a clean appearance.
    • Seek out free or low-cost interview attire from thrift stores or organizations like Goodwill and The Salvation Army.
    • Practice common interview questions and project confidence through positive body language.
    • Consider preparing a straightforward explanation for any employment gaps, focusing on transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Remember that seeking employment while homeless is challenging, but not impossible. Many resources are available to help you navigate this process and find stable employment. Stay persistent, leverage available resources, and focus on showcasing your skills and experience to prospective employers.

HOW HOMELESS PEOPLE CAN MAKE MONEY

HOW HOMELESS PEOPLE CAN MAKE MONEY

07/21/2025 captainmclaren Comments 0 Comment

Yes, individuals experiencing homelessness can and do find various ways to earn money. These methods range from traditional employment opportunities to more unconventional options like panhandling and recycling. While some options may be more reliable or lucrative than others, there are diverse avenues available for those seeking to generate income while experiencing homelessness.

NOTE:  The advice that follows is for people living in the United States.  Some information might apply to other countries.

Here’s a breakdown of some common ways homeless individuals make money:

Traditional Employment:

  • Day Labor: Many cities have day labor services where individuals can find temporary work, often in construction or landscaping, according to Yahoo Finance.
  • Temporary Staffing Agencies:  These agencies can connect individuals with various short-term jobs, including office work, retail, or warehouse positions.
  • Food Service and Retail:   Some homeless individuals find employment in fast food restaurants, coffee shops, or retail stores, says Quora.
  • Service Industry:   Roles like cleaning houses, waiting tables, or working as a janitor can also provide income.
  • Skills-Based Work:  Individuals with specialized skills, such as writing, graphic design, or computer programming, can find freelance work online or through local networks, according to JustAnswer.
  • Nursing Home Attendant or Security:   Some nursing homes and security companies offer part-time positions that can be accessible, says Quora.

Other Income-Generating Activities:

  • Panhandling: While not always reliable or legal, some individuals resort to panhandling (asking for money) as a means of survival.
  • Busking: Street performers, such as musicians or artists, can earn money by performing in public spaces, says Yahoo Finance.
  • Selling Goods: Individuals may sell items like bottled water, used clothing, or furniture they find.
  • Collecting and Selling Recyclables: Scrap metal, aluminum cans, and other recyclables can be sold for cash.
  • Selling Plasma: Some homeless individuals sell their plasma for a small fee.
  • Academic and Medical Studies: Some research studies offer compensation for participation.
  • Finding Lost Items: Individuals may earn rewards for finding and returning lost items.
  • Starting a Business: In some cases, homeless individuals have successfully started small businesses, such as selling coffee or cleaning services.
  • Online Platforms: There are various online platforms where individuals can offer their skills or services for payment.
        • One Online Platform example follows:

    • Earn Up to $100 this Month By Answering Survey Questions About the News — It’s Anonymous.
    • (NOTE: This website performed a search to see if YouGov is legitimate and found that it is ok.
“Reputation and recognition results for YouGov:
YouGov polls are frequently cited by major news outlets and used in academic research, indicating their acceptance as a credible source. They are also a member of the British Polling Council and adhere to its rules.”)
“The news is a heated subject these days. It’s hard not to have an opinion on online platforms.”

Good news:
A website called YouGov will pay you up to $100 or more this month just to answer survey questions about politics, the economy and other hot news topics.

Plus, it’s totally anonymous, so no one will judge you for that hot take.

When you take a quick survey (some are less than three minutes), you’ll earn points you can exchange for up to $100 in cash or gift cards to places like Walmart and Amazon. Plus, Penny Hoarder readers will get an extra 500 points for registering, and another 1,000 points after completing their first survey.

It takes just a few minutes to sign up and take your first survey — and you’ll get your points immediately.

Important Considerations:

  • Safety:  When engaging in any income-generating activity, prioritizing personal safety is crucial.
  • Legality:  It’s essential to be aware of local laws and regulations regarding panhandling and other activities.
  • Reliability:  Some income sources are more reliable than others, and individuals may need to explore multiple options to find sustainable income.
  • Support Services:  Many communities offer resources and support services for homeless individuals, including job placement assistance, access to shelters, and social services.

Ultimately, making money while experiencing homelessness can be challenging, but it is possible. By exploring various options, utilizing available resources, and prioritizing safety, individuals can find ways to generate income and improve their circumstances.

Donald Trump Possibly Has Some Mental Deficiency Issues?

Donald Trump Possibly Has Some Mental Deficiency Issues?

07/14/2025 captainmclaren Comments 0 Comment

“The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump was a surprise bestseller, hailed by the Washington Post as “the most daring book” of 2017.”

“Shortly after the book came out, leaders of the American Psychiatric Association began publicly attacking Lee, arguing she was acting irresponsibly. Her alleged offense was violating the 1973 Goldwater Rule, an APA guideline stating that “it is unethical for a psychiatrist to offer a professional opinion” of anyone without conducting a personal examination and getting proper approval.”

BUT

“The warning signs have long been there for all to see. Ever since June 2015, when Trump descended the escalator in Trump Tower to announce his candidacy, he has repeatedly embraced violence in support of his political goals.”

“No former president … has warmed to the prospect of civil war quite as much as Trump”

NEXT

“To many psychiatrists, President Trump’s statements and behaviors were patently symptomatic of one or several mental disorders. The facts of the case and the serious risks of erosion of our constitutional democracy and possible nuclear annihilation of the world demanded that psychiatrists warn the public. The analogy to the silence of Germany’s educated and professional classes during Hitler’s ascendancy to power was too obvious to ignore; but roughly 40 percent of the country does not agree that the president is evil or dangerous.”

I helped write the manual for diagnosing mental illness. Donald Trump doesn’t meet the criteria

By Allen FrancesSept. 6, 2017
https://www.statnews.com/2017/09/06/donald-trump-mental-illness-diagnosis/

“Diagnosing President Donald Trump’s alleged mental disorder has become a popular pastime, not just among mental health professionals but also among politicians, journalists, pundits, comedians, and ordinary people gathered at coffee breaks. Trump’s consistently bizarre sayings and doings have triggered a bill to establish a commission “on presidential capacity” and a suggestion that the president be removed from office via the 25th Amendment on the grounds that he is mentally unfit to be president.”

“A recent Time poll indicates that many Americans think that Trump is unfit for office. I also believe we made a terrible mistake electing him. But Trump’s disagreeable traits in no way indicate that he is mentally ill. Instead, they reveal him to be the ruthless self-promoter he has always been, now poorly cloaked in fake populist clothing.”

Trumpian Dark Age

“I believe that Trump is a mirror of the American soul, a surface symptom of our deeper societal disease. He may not be crazy, but we certainly were for electing him. We mustn’t waste this Trumpian dark age. If we don’t learn from it, we will keep making the same mistakes.”

______________

GOLDWATER RULE

  • The Goldwater Rule: The American Psychiatric Association’s (APA) Goldwater Rule (Section 7 in their Principles of Medical Ethics) states that psychiatrists have a responsibility to participate in activities that improve the community and public health, but shall refrain from diagnosing public figures when asked to comment on them, as diagnosing requires a personal examination and consent.
  • Origin of the rule: The rule is named after former U.S. Senator and 1964 Republican presidential nominee Barry Goldwater, who successfully sued Fact magazine after they published a piece with opinions from psychiatrists about his mental fitness, based on an informal survey rather than personal examination.
  • Bandy Lee’s actions and the controversy: In the context of President Trump’s presidency, Dr. Bandy Lee edited a book and made public statements raising concerns about his mental health and fitness for office. This led to public attacks from leaders of the APA, who argued she was acting irresponsibly and violating the Goldwater Rule.
  • Lee’s defense: Dr. Lee argued that she was not diagnosing Trump as an individual patient, but fulfilling an obligation to warn about a potential public danger, arguing that a mental health professional only needs a certain amount of information to raise alarms about dangerousness. She also viewed the Goldwater Rule as a ‘gag order’ and believed that speaking out was an ethical imperative to warn the public.
  • Broader Debate: The Goldwater Rule itself has been a subject of ongoing debate, particularly during the Trump administration, with some arguing for a more liberal interpretation or even its abolition in cases where there is a perceived duty to warn the public about potentially dangerous leaders.

Reasons To Vote No Against The Republican Party

“Since 1900, every time a Republican president has taken over, economic inequality has increased and the country has become more violent,” says Gilligan, now a professor of psychiatry at NYU. And as the government safety net has crumbled in recent decades, rates of murder, imprisonment, and poverty have been five to 10 times higher in the United States than in Western Europe, Canada, and Australasia.”

Here’s an overview of some common arguments people might raise when considering voting against the Republican Party:

Policy and ideological differences
  • Socially conservative policies: Some find the Republican Party’s stance on issues like abortion, LGBTQ+ rights, gun control, and religious freedom to be overly conservative or restrictive. For instance, the party generally supports restrictions on abortion and the right to bear arms, according to Wikipedia. The 2024 Republican platform details specific plans for promoting “pro-life” policies and limiting reproductive healthcare access.
  • Fiscal policy and economic inequality: Critics argue that some Republican economic policies, such as tax cuts that favor the wealthy, could exacerbate income inequality or lead to cuts in social programs according to the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. One analysis suggests that proposed Republican budget changes could shift costs to states and localities, impacting crucial services like healthcare and education.
  • Healthcare: The party’s approach to healthcare, including efforts to repeal or modify the Affordable Care Act, has drawn criticism for potentially reducing access to health insurance and services, particularly for low-income individuals.
Governance and impact
  • Potential for reduced living standards and higher costs: Some argue that certain Republican policies, like those related to trade, tariffs, and budget cuts, could negatively affect the affordability of essential goods and services for everyday families according to the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
  • Impact on specific demographics or social groups: Different demographics, such as men, women, and various racial and ethnic groups, may be disproportionately affected by certain policies, leading some to vote against the party they believe may harm their interests.
  • Party polarization and potential for gridlock: Concerns exist about the increasing polarization within the Republican Party and the potential for this to lead to less compromise and slower progress on key issues.
Candidate and party leadership
  • Candidate quality and extremism: Some voters express concerns about the caliber or perceived extremism of certain Republican candidates or the party’s leadership notes PBS.
  • Questioning democratic norms: Allegations of attempting to override the will of voters or undermining democratic institutions may lead some to vote against the party.

Birds flying with Fascist feathers fly together in the GOP Congress and the Supreme Court!
