My daughter came home with a small used TV/Monitor that her work was getting rid of because it was going out of business. She only paid $25 for it. It sat around for the longest time. I did some research and found the HTA2037 20-37″ Universal Flat Panel swivel TV Stand / Wall Mount Combo. I ordered it from the Internet. I was a hoot to build. It came with so many parts. It may not be that easy for some people to put together. I had no problem except the back supports blocked the in and out signal connections. There were parts available to solve this problem. The stand is really sturdy. It is a well designed product. Strongly recommend.

Poolman Leaf Canister Review

I purchased the Poolman Leaf Canister, model ALC30, from Home Depot January 2018. I had just had met a near complete swimming pool suction line blockage. I had, just days before, completed a pool sweep using the suction hose. My guess was that debris from that effort had clogged the line. I figured that I could buy an inline filter that would trap the pool debris before it entered the suction line so this would not happen again. I did not like this product mainly because the lid, to open and close the canister, was way too difficult to open and close. I found that I spent more time trying to open and close the canister than I spent sweeping the pool.

Not recommended.

How To Minimize Gun Killings In The United States

The president of the United States recommends arming teachers at our schools as the answer to stop future school shootings. This is just another example of being stupid or licking the boots of the NRA. Why not add significant gun ownership restrictions?

Experts from the Harvard School of Public Health, using data from 26 developed countries, have shown that wherever there are more firearms, there are more homicides. In the case of the United States, exponentially more: the American murder rate is roughly 15 times that of other wealthy countries, which have much tougher laws controlling private ownership of guns.

It seems obvious that gun sales are way more important in the United States than lives.

US Oligarchs Should Be Stripped Of Their Power If They Commit Treason

“Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

If it is proven that some oligarchs have used their vast wealth to undermine our constitution (a form of war?) to the point of being treasonous?
If it is proven that the same oligarchs have used their power of money to buy political lemmings to follow directions from the oligarchs that undermine our Constitution (a form of war?).
If it is proven that the same oligarchs efforts resulted in gain advantage over the average citizens to a significant degree.
If it is proven that the same oligarchs want to transform our form of government to enhance their positions.

THEN: I recommend that their complete assets of the offending oligarchs should be seized by the government. Such assets should be controlled by the government. Consideration, should be made that such assets ownership of each corporation and company be passed on, in total, to the employees of the company so those employees are not injured by criminal acts of their former employer. Such assets values shall NOT be transferred to the oligarchs, in any form, if and when, those assets are sold for value. The oligarchs must lose the very assets that gave them power.

REASON: An attack upon the US citizens assets, future, security, should result upon a significant penalty upon those people who participated to overthrow our form of government.

I apologize for not updating this blog beginning December 2017 and lasting until February 2018. I had a series of swimming pool problems:

Main pool motor lost its high speed winding’s. I had to order and replace the motor.
The pool suction line was partly blocked. It took 3 days to clean out.
The pool had to be completely drained (about every 7 years) because the water was too contaminated to accept new chemistry.
Pool filter needed to be cleaned.
Pool putty had to be applied to pool cracks which appeared above the water line.

I do all, my own, pool repairs and maintenance.

Then I had a long-lasting cold.

I hope I can now pay more attention to this blog.

Fox “News” Allege Treason

Attention Fox “News” lawyers:

Fox “News” may be approaching the violation of the United States Constitution Section 3 defining what constitutes treason against the United States. There are two separate triggers meaning that it only takes either one or the other to achieve this high crime.

Trigger #1 Levying war against the United States.
Trigger #2 Adhering to US enemies by giving them aid and comfort.

The word “Adhere” means “believe in and follow the practices of”. In this current case we now experience in the Untied States, it would be “believing in and follow practices of Russia. This means that Fox “News” should not believe, follow, promote the practices, and purpose of Russia to harm the United States!

Recently, Fox “News” has attacked Robert Mueller for his investigation of the alleged Russian interference of the 2016 Presidential Election process. In particular, the investigation is tasked to look into ties between President Trump’s campaign people with Russian officials and following their “orders”. A possible investigation result may find that some members of Trump’s election people working for the election process for becoming president may have worked for the Russians. It only takes one person to be found working for Russia to qualify for treason. A legal argument might be made that anyone working to protecting a person conducting treasonous activities might also share the same legal arguments that they too are fellow travelers and should be prosecuted for treason.

The owner of Fox “News”, Rubert Murdoch, has been reported being in close contact with President Trump. If President Trump is found to be guilty of treason, Rubert Murdoch might also be in jeopardy for allegedly protecting the alleged treasonous activity. If Fox News employees are also found out knowingly helping alleged treason activities, they might be prosecuted.

The above situation, one can argue, is in a gray area of freedom of the press. Fox “News” has the duty to report the news. But, freedom of the press implies the ABSENCE of interference from an overreacting state. Already, Fox “News” has stepped past this threshold by supporting President Trump and violating balance. This overstep seems to be suspicious.
